To realize this target, it is essential to explore into its customer needs by doing customer segmentation. The company distributes a wide variety of products to all kinds of pharmacies, including hospitals, clinics, retail pharmacies, physician offices and so on. Customer segmentation is a way to have a better understanding of the customers. By doing so, we can strategize a more efficient allocation of resources to different target-customers, as a result, to improve our services and enhance profitability.
